How to remove app or game from Facebook [permanently]
Facebook apps can be fun, but they can also be quite annoying. As such, here is an illustrated guide to removing a pesky Facebook app:
Click the ‘gear’ icon to access your Facebook Settings
Select the ‘Apps’ option
Choose ‘Settings’ for the app you want to remove
Click ‘Remove App’
Confirm the Removal

Hey Lila, yes, unfortunately that’s how Facebook app permissions work: removing apps from your own account stops them from accessing your data, but it doesn’t stop friends’ app activity from re-surfacing related content and notifications in your feed. To reduce that, you can go to Settings > Privacy > Apps and Websites > Apps Others Use and uncheck the categories of information friends’ apps can see about you. It won’t eliminate everything but it helps.
