Mass Delete Multiple Downloaded Quicken Transactions
Sometimes you may need to delete Quicken downloaded transactions. However, on face value, it appears that Quicken makes it very time consuming to delete downloaded transactions. 🙁
Thankfully, there is a way to delete more than one transaction at a time! This cuts down on the number of clicks required and will hopefully save you some time. 🙂
UPDATE: I finally figured out a way to delete ALL downloaded transactions in a Quicken account. I am making this Tip 1 for deleting ALL, and leaving Tip 2 for selectively deleting just a few transactions.
Tip 1: To delete ALL downloaded transactions:
#1 Select the first transaction in the download list
#2 Scroll all the way down the download list
#3 Hold the SHIFT key and select the last downloaded item
#4 Press the “Delete” button and confirm
(or you can right click, Delete and confirm)
Delete hundreds of downloads at a time!
Voila, you just deleted all the downloaded transactions using only ~4 steps (rather than potentially hundreds of clicks if you do it individually!) :-)😎
Tip 2: CTRL+Left Click to select multiple transactions, then Right Click to Delete Transactions!

Suggestion for Quicken: Please add a “delete all downloads” button to Quicken!
This tip does not work at least not with Quicken Version R31.20.
