NAS that supports SSDs with TRIM? [SOLVED]

Q. I am looking for a NAS that will let me use SSDs and supports TRIM. That is very important to me because I want the SSDs to last a long time. Determine if TRIM is supported and enabled on an SSD!

Today I was installing a Samsung 840 Pro 512GB SSD in a new server. Everything went smoothly, but I wanted to make sure that TRIM was actually working. This turned out to be slightly trickier than one might imagine! 😉 First Samsung’s SSD Magician Tool was of no use. The Q200E is a great little laptop that is generally available for about $449 at Best Buy. The Q200e and the other similar models sold elsewhere (X202E, S200E) are definitely one of the best touchscreen Windows 8 laptop options out there! Unfortunately, they are all shipped with a relatively slow hard drive and the RAM is soldered in. The X202E-DH31T is a very cool little laptop and for the price ($400-$500) it is definitely one of the best touchscreen options out there! IPCop ‘boot error’ occurs after successful installation
