Create seperate toolbars in Windows 7 (left, right, top of screen)

In Windows XP it was easy to add toolbars to the top/left/right side of your screen. Just drag a folder onto the edge of the screen and voila, your toolbar was there. Windows 7 ethernet goes to sleep! [solved]

Question. Hello! I have a problem with my network connection in Windows 7. Everything works great until the computer has been at rest for a while, then my ethernet connection drops out!
