Branson’s Nantucket free Wi-Fi review

I am staying at Branson’s Nantucket a few days this week so I have had a good chance to test their free WiFi. Winona MO is getting a Subway!

Today while checking out at Nu-Way I asked the cashier “what is the new construction south of the Nu-Way  parking lot?” Her response was: a SUBWAY®! Subway is very exciting news for those of us living in or around Winona, as currently there are no franchise fast-food restaurants in town. It is also nice that Subway has many healthy food options and that they have expanded their menu to include a lot more than just sandwiches. 🙂 I believe after the Subway is

NZBMatrix is closed :-(

Visitors have been wondering ‘where to next’, i.e. what is a good alternative to NZBMatrix. We have had to make this decision due to a very large takedown request from a company called Wiggin LLC. These represent the following: Federation Against Copyright Theft Limited (“FACT”), Paramount Home Entertainment International Limited; Sony

Cooler temperatures at night

Notes from the farm: updates about daily life out in the woods and off the grid. This has been a hot summer with a number of dry spells. Thankfully the rains have been just frequent enough to keep things green around the farm. Likewise, the nights have generally been cool enough to be comfortable. Only a few nights has it stayed above 80. The past two nights have been even better, quickly dipping into the 60s and getting all the way down
