Cancel $3.99 recurring Amazon FreeTime Unlimited subscription [SOLVED]
Question:
My credit card is being charged $2.99 or $3.99 every month for
“Amazon SUBSC*[…] Amzn.com/”
and I cannot figure out what it is 🙁 I checked my Amazon subscriptions but that did not show anything. We just have a regular Amazon Prime account and a Kindle Fire. Any ideas?
Answer:
You may have Amazon “FreeTime Unlimited” enabled on your Kindle Fire device. Please perform the following steps:
On your Kindle Fire tablet, go to -> Settings (the Gear Icon in the upper right of the home screen)
Scroll down and select:
Personal -> Profiles & Family Library
Profiles and Family Library
(enter parental control password, if set)
Manage this child’s FreeTime experience
FreeTime Unlimited -> Manage Your Subscription
Manage Your Subscription
Scroll down and select:
FreeTime Unlimited -> Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel FreeTime
Confirm:
Unsubscribe from FreeTime Unlimited -> “You are unsubscribing from FreeTime Unlimited. You can subscribe again any time.”

After that, you should not have the $2.99 to $3.99 charge anymore!
