Here are photos showing how to remove a broken jigsaw blade from the DeWalt battery powered jigsaw. I had to to this after a blade broke off. I have a fairly new (1 year old) DeWalt lithum ion battery that now refuses to charge. Therefore, I contacted DeWalt for battery replacement under warranty.
