The link won’t load – I am needing my Pantum P2500W to run on Win 10 please.
Sorry for the late reply, Linda. The Windows P2200-P2500 driver linked above is the right package to try for the P2500W on Windows 10. If Pantum’s site is down, the mirror link at the top of the post is the workaround I added for exactly that problem.
Can you check on the link for Mac OS driver for the Pantum P2500? The CD included did not work, Safari & Firefox cannot get to the link here, or the “www.pantum.com” website. Any ideas?
I can print from my iPhone6+, but thought I would be able to print from my Mac Laptop
Thanks
Hi Jack!
Thank you for your comment. I apologize for not replying earlier.
Were you able to download this file? http://global.pantum.com/drivers/20150520PantumP2200-P2500-P2600MACV1.70.zip
It should have an appropriate driver for Mac OSX. If it does not work for you, or you cannot download the file, let me know and I will extract it and put a mirror online for you.
Best regards,
-J.D.
Hi! It’s back up. The Pantium website has actually been down for a while for some reason. :C
Awesome! Glad to hear everything is back in order ๐
Have a great week,
-J.D.
Hey there. If it isn’t too much trouble, could you please send me the Macintosh driver for the Pantum P2500W? No matter how many times I attempt to access the website, it won’t work. I’d really appreciate it, thanks!
Hello,
I just sent an email to you with the Mac drivers. I hope they help ๐
Best regards,
-J.D.
Is there a driver for Windows 10? Thank you!
Sorry for the late reply, Leo. Yes, the Windows P2200-P2500 driver above is the one to try for Windows 10.
Thanks for the D/L link it helped me a lot to get my printer working again after losing my CD driver for it. Kindest regards.
Hi Wilfredo,
Thank you for your nice comment.
I am very glad the Pantum driver links were helpful to you! Have a great week and enjoy your printer ๐
Best regards,
-J.D.
The Pantum website is down and I haven’t found any other location for the wireless driver. Can anyone kindly redistribute?
Sorry for the late reply, Jon. I added the mirror links at the top of the post for that situation. The Windows P2200-P2500 package above is the one I would use for the wireless model too.
I am desperate to find driver for p2500w for linux/Ubuntu op system, please let me know where to find it, I am Linux beginner and that makes it hard for me.
Thank you so much, Zlatko
Sorry for the late reply, Zlatko. The Linux driver link in the post is the P2200-P2500 Linux package, and that is the first one I would try on Ubuntu. If it installs but does not auto-detect, you may need to add the printer manually in CUPS using the files from that package.
i just got this printer new from ebay used the included driver it wont work regardless of goin thru the steps and it stating that both printer and wireless setup went fine —– cant access website by your link or by typing manually or by search [who knows maybe they dont like MAC computers… also downloaded the driver you had provided for this site and still it wont work —-im using version 10.9.5 of OS X with iMac 2.5 Ghz intel core i5 and 8 gb ram….. love to hear a solution for this since a company is waiting on return of merchandise i paid 800$ for that is the wrong item but i can print a shipping label … thanx for any info / solution…
Sorry for the late reply, Troy. The Mac driver above should cover 10.9.5, but if USB works and Wi-Fi does not, I would rerun the wireless setup utility and make sure the printer and iMac are on the same network. If the download keeps failing, try the mirror link at the top of the post instead of Pantum’s main site.
thanks for the mac driver. Do you also have windows driver for P2500. Would you please share with me if you have one? The Pantum website is down again..
Sorry for the late reply, Robin. Yes, the Windows driver is the P2200-P2500 package linked above, and the mirror at the top is the best fallback when Pantum’s site is down again.
Hi Jack, hoping I find you healthy & goods spirits.
Have an Andriod Tablet, but no WiFi.
Is there any way that a direct USB connection between the Pantum 2500W and the Tablet can be facilitated?
Thanks for your time.
Have a good one.
Pieter
Hi Pieter,
Thank you for your nice comment ๐
Could you tell me what tablet you are using and if it has any internet connectivity?
Without know the details of your tablet, here are a few initial options:
#1 3rd party app on the Google Play Store
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dynamixsoftware.printershare&hl=en
(This app support USB printing on Android. While I have not tested this app with a Pantum printer yet, I will try to do so for you in the near future)
#2 Connect the printer to a PC, then print via Google Cloud Print
https://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/
Of course this requires an internet connection on your tablet, which I am not sure if you have?
#3 If your tablet has cellular data, then also turn on wifi hotspot then configure the Pantum to connect to that WiFi network
Have a great day and please let me know those details, then I may be of more help ๐
Best regards,
-J.D.
Do you happen to have the Windows driver for the Pantum 2500w series? Their site is down again, and I can’t install it via CD since my laptop does not have a CD ROM slot.
Hi Curt,
Thank you for your comment. Please check back on my site, I posted a mirror of the Windows driver for the Pantum 2500w series printer. ๐
Best regards and have a great weekend,
-J.D.
Hi, thank you for this helpful post! I was just wondering if you could email me or post the Windows driver as well because the Pantum site still isn’t working. Thanks again.
Hi Bethany,
Thank you for your comment. I posted a mirror of the Pantum Windows drivers for you ๐
Have a great weekend!

Thank you
You are very welcome abelmorales1. I am glad the Pantum driver helped ๐

May someone kindly assist by mailing me the Mac OSX drivers for the Pantum P2500W printer. I have tried countless times to download the drivers from global.pantum.com, but the site is always unavailable
Hi Wit,
Thank you for your comment. Please check back on my site, I uploaded a mirror of the Mac OSX Pantum drivers for you ๐
Best regards and have a great weekend!

Hello, The Pantum site is down and all links on this page do not work. Is there any way to get driver for Mac. Thank you very much!
David, the Mac driver mirror at the top of the post was my workaround when Pantum’s site was down. If even that is gone now, I am not sure I still have a better source than Pantum support or a user mirror.
I’m looking for the Pantum 2502w driver for Windows 10 and their site is down, can you help me out please?
Sorry for the late reply, Sharron. The Windows P2200-P2500 driver above is the one to try for the 2502W on Windows 10. If the main Pantum site is down, use the mirror link at the top of the post.
Thank you, sir, for thoughtfully providing the direct Windows driver download. I did, however, try the download three times and it failed each time half way. Then it struck me — the driver file is 115 megabytes, and zipped at that. 115 megabytes — that’s almost as big as all of Windows 95! For one driver! Why should that be so?
Just got this printer and it’s working when connected with USB…do you know if it’s capable of printing on Wifi with my macbook? Can’t seem to connect and I’m wondering if I need an updated driver/software?
Sorry for the late reply, James. Yes, the P2500W should be able to print over Wi-Fi from a MacBook, but you generally need the Mac driver and setup utility from the post to get wireless configured. If USB printing works but Wi-Fi does not, I would rerun the wireless setup and make sure both devices are on the same local network.
Hi J.D.
I’m struggling to get the Ubuntu driver for Pantum P2200 printer. The site is down again. Can you perhaps assist me.
Kind regards.
Marius
Sorry for the late reply, Marius. The Ubuntu driver is the Linux P2200-P2500 package linked in the post. If Pantum’s site is down again, the mirror link at the top is the one I would use first.
Hi J.D.,
Great that you’ve made the Windows & Mac drivers available here. Any chance that you could include the Linux driver?
The Pantum site has been down at least a week.
Thanks,
Donny
Sorry for the late reply, Donny. The Linux driver in the post is the P2200-P2500 Linux package, so that is the right one to try for the P2200 series. If Pantum is down, the mirror link at the top was added for exactly that reason.
Do you have direct download for the Linux driver?
The Pantum site is down (agian) ๐
Sorry for the late reply, Al. The Linux driver is the P2200-P2500 package listed above in the post. If the Pantum site is unavailable, try the mirror link at the top instead.
Jack,
I recently purchased a P2502W, but not able to install the driver using the CD nor able to connect using the Android wifi app. Can you advise if this printer can be connected to a Windows 10 PC? If so, can you send me the driver for it? Thanks.
Sorry for the late reply, Eddie. Yes, it should work with Windows 10, and the Windows P2200-P2500 driver above is the package I would try first. I am less sure about the Android app issue, but if Windows setup works then at least you know the printer itself is fine.
Hey man, thanks! I appreciate your service.
Thank you for your nice comment. I am very glad to help ๐
Enjoy your Pantum printer and have a great week!
Best regards,
-J.D.
May someone kindly assist by mailing me the Mac OSX drivers for the Pantum P2500W printer.
Sorry for the late reply, Allan. The Mac OS X driver link above is the one I posted for the P2500W series. If Pantum’s site is down, the mirror link at the top should be the better bet.
I have a mac with os x and just got a new pantum 2502w series and the mirrors and links are not working on the Pantum website nor this one any more. I also, don’t have a cd drive on my mac. I could really use them because some of my classes just started today. any suggestions or emails with the driver installation software you could provide for me?
Sure James!
Let me take a look and get back to you ASAP.
Ttys,
-J.D.
I am trying to install the p2502w on windows vista, will not download, I go to update driver page and is says there is no response…..I have been trying to get this installed for 2 hours now..what is the fix for this problem or do I just need to send this back to company?
Hi Raymond,
Thank you for your comment. I apologize for the delay in my response.
Hopefully you already have your printer going. If not, then you may want to make sure when you update the driver that you manually specify the driver location for the downloaded driver.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to be of assistance.
Best regards,
-J.D.
The Windows link cannot be found. 2/21/16
pantum p2500w printer.. Does it have dot matrix driver for xp? i need this to connect to my software program and be able to print…
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. I apologize for the delay in my response, and alas I do not know if there is a dot matrix driver for XP ๐
Sorry that I couldn’t help!
-J.D.
Thanks for the links, I guess the poverty printer driver companies aren’t too great with their FTP/drivers/links. All were down as of 2/26/2016 – but your direct link worked so thank you!
Hi Chavizzle,
Thank you for your comment. I am glad my mirror worked well for you ๐
Enjoy your printer!
Best regards,
-J.D.
Will the Windows driver for the Pantum 2500W work with Windows 10? Thanks.
Hi Barry,
Thank you for your question. Yes, I have used this driver with Windows 10.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues.
Best regards,
-J.D.
Not sure if you can help me or not as I just spent over an hour on the phone with microsoft tech to NO AVAIL. I have Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire One Cloudbook and download the dll file for the driver for the Pantum 2500W BUT I can’t open it – I have no program that will open it – the tech was useless – question how do I run that dll file to get the win 10 driver for the Pantum 2500W. If you answer this I will be so happy as I have googled for hours and all I find is repair dlls.
Hi Donna,
Thank you for your comment and I apologize for the delay in responding. I see that you are correct, Pantum seems to have a corrupt ZIP file on their driver site and their latest driver uses a compressed RAR file which Windows will not open by default ๐
I recommend this driver (v1.70 for Windows 10) which has worked well for me on a number of Windows 10 laptops. To install you will simply need to:
#1 download the ZIPed driver
#2 open the ZIP file
#3 navigate to the setup folder
#4 run either Setup.exe or Setup64.exe (depending on if you are on 32 bit Windows or 64 bit Windows)
That should do the trick!
Please let me know if you encounter any issues or if you have any questions. ๐
Best regards,
-J.D.
JD- I am ready to cry – all I want to do is get my Pantum working. I clicked on the link you suggested and it won’t download the total file – it stops at like 70 mb – I did it 5 times. I have enough memory – the zip program built in won’t work on it. I’m ready to give up. I have unzipped a million files on win 7 – maybe I should just try it on a different computer and transfer the setup file to this win 10 computer. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on – I even downloaded a unzip program called 9 zip – the error I get from win 10 is the zip file is invalid and it is not v1.7 it is v1.80 that keeps downloading from your link!
Donna, that sounds like a corrupt or incomplete download rather than a printer problem. I would try the mirror link at the top of the post, or download it in another browser and make sure the file size looks complete before unzipping.
I give up. I tried the link you sent using my husbands win 7 computer and wound up with a dll that my windows 10 will not open up – the final unzipped result was v1.81 pt2500setupnus.dll – my computer win 10 won’t open a dll file – so in spite of you trying to help and me googling for hours and talking to a useless microsoft tech I have never encountered a problem where I can unzip or unrar a file and get a dll file and figure out how to get it to open and install the driver for the Pantum – thanks anyhow! Plus their store has no programs to open dll files. Donna
Thanks for sharing the drivers. I am still poking around the pantum domain trying to find where they have their latest firmware files hosted. The links on their site brag about google print integration but when you click to D/L the links are dead. Driver files are working today, but firmware not.
I have an early MacMini that will operate only up to Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6.8) and a Pantum P2500W Printer. The drivers that came on the included CD and every other driver I downloaded WILL NOT PRINT, giving an error “/usr/libexec/cups/” consistently. The printer works great with my iPad ioS 9.2.2 and my MacBook Pro running El Capitan. I bought the printer because they claimed it would print from Snow Leopard BUT IT DOESN’T. Do you have clue about how the problem can be remedied?
Sorry for the late reply, Patrick. I am not sure about that exact /usr/libexec/cups error, but it sounds more like a driver compatibility problem than a printer hardware issue. Since the printer works on iOS and El Capitan, I would try removing the printer, resetting the Mac printing system, and reinstalling only the older Mac package from the post.
Good day
I am trying to have the driver downloaded onto my laptop, but it still says that the driver is unavailable.
Can you send me a proper link please so I can just go there and have it downloaded automatically.
I cant remember if it ever had a disc with the printer to download. I found that strange.
Thanks again for you help.
Regards
Sorry for the late reply, Lionel. The best link should be the mirror at the top of the post. If the installer still says the driver is unavailable after that, I would remove any old Pantum printer entry first and then reinstall from scratch.
Early Mac Mini will run only up to OS 10.6.8. Drivers that came with new Pantum p2502w installed properly but will not print from this Snow Leopard system. The software claims to be compatible with 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 & 10,9. I can print from my iPad, iPhone (9.3.3) and MacBook Pro (El Capitan 10.10.5) but not from Snow Leopard 10.6.8, the system for which I bought this printer. This is exceedingly frustrating. If I can’t find a driver that will work with this system, can you recommend another cheap monochromatic printer (prefer wifi) ? Or can you tell me how to correct the driver code so that the p2502w will print from OS X 10.6.8 as is claimed in the Pantum Mac OS driver collection.
Sorry for the late reply, Patrick. I am not sure I can help with editing the Pantum driver code itself, and the repeated Snow Leopard failure makes me suspect their 10.6 support was weaker than advertised. If 10.6.8 is a hard requirement, I would lean toward a Brother or HP monochrome laser with confirmed Mac 10.6 support rather than spending more time fighting this driver.
I am trying to Find the Firmware for the Pantum P2200W Series and I cant seem to locate it. Do you know where I can get it, also does that Model support Google Cloud Print because I have a funny feeling it dosen’t
Hello Wayne,
Thank you for your comment and I apologize for the delay in responding!
#1 I have not found an updated P2200W firmware file yet ๐
#2 The P2200W can be added to Google Cloud Print if you first connect it to a PC (via WiFi or USB) and then share to Google Cloud, unfortunately as far as I know the P2200W does not support cloud print without a corresponding PC/laptop to handle the Google Cloud interfacing. Surprisingly, Apple AirPrint is purportedly supported.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, I hope this helps! ๐
Best regards,
-J.D.
Thanks for mirroring the drivers JD, its appreciated.
Hi P. Thank you for your nice comment. I am very glad to help. Have a great day! ๐
Best regards,
-J.D.
HI, I have been trying to DL the drivers from the mirror link for windows, gets about 16-23mb says complete but never gets to 115mb, it says its version 1.8 in the DL file name, the other link from Pantum is for version 1.7 and doesn’t work for my computer with windows 10.
Sorry for the late reply, Mark. If the download keeps stopping early, that usually means the ZIP is incomplete, which would explain the bad file name and failed install. I would try the mirror link above or another browser, because the driver package should be much larger than 16 to 23 MB.
I cannot get the pantum app for Android to work. It crashes immediately after startup. I cleared cache and rebooted and reinstalled any ideas?
Michael, I am not sure about that specific Android crash, because the post only covered the APK download link. If reinstalling and clearing cache did not help, it may be an app compatibility issue on that phone, so I would first verify the printer works from Windows or Mac and then look for a newer Android build from Pantum.
Thank you
No problem! Glad I could help.
Have a great day!! ๐๐
hey J.D please help me with my printer driver its pantum p2200
Sipho, the P2200 uses the same P2200-P2500 driver packages linked in the post. Just pick the Windows, Mac, or Linux version that matches your computer.
Immensely helpful, thank you! Printer now up and running!!!
Hi Eli,
Thank you for your kind comment. I am very happy that my page helped you get your Pantum printer up and running!
Best regards,
-J.D.
hi , how i can install this file to make my pantum pait , windows . thx
Hi, on Windows you should first unzip the driver package, then open the extracted folder and run the installer, usually setup.exe. If Windows still does not find the printer after that, unplug and reconnect the printer and run the installer again.
I am having difficulty in locating the correct driver for a pantum 2502w printer. The site doesn’t list this printer. I am using a laptop with windows.
Gloria, the 2502W was generally covered under the P2200-P2500 Windows driver package in the post, even when Pantum’s site did not list the model clearly. That is the first one I would try.
MY COMP. CAN’T INSTALL PRINTER MODEL PANTUM P2506..U HAVE NEW DRIVER FOR THIS MODEL???
PLESS HELP ME…
Yusry, I am not sure about the P2506 specifically, because this post was for the P2200 and P2500 series. I would check Pantum’s support page for that exact model first rather than guess with the older package.
The Pantum site seems to be down again. Do you have a working link for the p2500 mac driver?
Thanks
Taras, the p2500 Mac driver in the post is the one I would still try first, and the mirror link at the top is there for the times Pantum’s site disappears again.
Hello! Having similar issues as seen above- trying to install the Pantum 2502W printer on my MAC and can’t access anything on the Pantum website. Anyway you’d be able to provide this?
THANKS!
Ashley, the Mac driver above should be the right package for the 2502W family. If Pantum’s site is dead again, try the mirror link at the top of the post.
mr hodges – i’m hoping to use my new pantum p2502w printer w/ my clunky old computer running puppy linux 4.3.1. it won’t run newer versions of puppy linux. i’m trying to find a .ppd cups file that will allow me to print on the relatively new pantum p2502w. i’m way over my head here. i appreciate any help you can give me, w/ download url, or attachment to an email. thank you. david Lund, age 69yr 01mo
David, I am not sure about Puppy Linux 4.3.1 specifically, because the Linux package in the post was aimed at Ubuntu 12.04. You might be able to extract the Pantum Linux tarball and pull out a PPD for CUPS, but on a distro that old I cannot promise it will work cleanly.
mr hodges – several, maybe all, of the links in the article seem to be broken. thank you. – david Lund
Hi David! Sorry for the late reply, I have been trying to fix these issues ๐
Hope you are having a great day!!
Best regards,
-J.D.
I recently purchested a pantum P2500W. I can’t seem to make the system work. I have tried to contact no one seems to be home.My laptop has windows 10 and Linux. I need help, Thank you.
John McMillan
John, the post has both the Windows P2200-P2500 driver and the Linux package above, so those are the two I would start with. If you are stuck on both systems, I would first get it working over USB on Windows, then tackle wireless or Linux second.
I need the PPD file for Pantum P2500W (for armhf Raspbian or Ubuntu on Raspberry Pi).
commercial@deutschland.ms
H TEC, I am not sure about ARM builds on Raspberry Pi, because the Linux package in the post was for Ubuntu 12.04 and not specifically for armhf. You may be able to pull a PPD out of that package, but I cannot confirm Raspberry Pi compatibility from what I tested.
