If you are setting up a business listing on Google Places and the operating hours are 24/7 (24 hours a day, every day) you can specify that as follow:

Everyday, 12AM-12AM

Every day, 12AM-12AM

This was helpful when working on the Crossroads Inn & Suites Google Places listing as they are truly open 24/7 365 days a year!
