I am being billed 16.23 from Amazon Prime CONS,Seattle WA and I have only a free trial membership. This is the third or fourth month of this charge and my account shows NO membership or subscription. How can I stop this if I have no idea how to find it to cancel it. i have tried for 3 months to end it. The bill my Amazon Store Card each month.
Hey Linda, if your Amazon account shows no active membership but you’re being billed, there are a few things to check. First, make sure you’re logged into the right Amazon account since people sometimes have two accounts without realizing it. Second, try going directly to amazon.com/gp/primecentral to see all active Prime memberships on your account. If none show up but the charges continue, contact Amazon billing directly and reference the specific charge amounts and dates. They can usually trace it from there.
I would like to know where you are talking money out of my account when I don’t know who you are and I didn’t tell you to take it out
