The DRAM class action lawsuit and subsequent settlement has finally borne fruit for claimants.  Checks were mailed earlier this week and recipients can look for them in their snail-mail-box any time now. While visiting John in STL recently, his girlfriend regaled with me a tale of a man (we’ll call Fred) who received a large settlement from his wife when they divorced.
