Here are some daily Exede internet speedtest results, I will continue periodically posting results to this same page. Please be aware that these are not necessarily ‘real world’ results… I generally find that real world raw downloads and uploads surpass these results. Any laptops powered by USB? [yes, sort of]

Propane generator available at Lowe’s

A big winter storm is headed this way and as such the local Lowe’s was almost sold out of generators! I found this out while picking up some flooring at the service counter. Sitting on a cart near the counter was a pretty cool portable propane generator, I will let the photos speak for themselves: I had no need of a generator as our solar panels at home were getting plenty of sunlight and our batteries were fully charged, woot.

Dell’s E6430 supports triple monitors! This came as quite a shock to me when I was setting up my new laptop. 🙂 My current setup is as follows. I had forgotten how to dump a specific table using mysqldumb (normally I just dump the entire DB) but thankfully RolandoMySQLDBA had the simple answer!
