How do I cancel STARZ on Amazon?

Q. I just realized I am getting charged for STARZ via Amazon after I signed up for a free trial 🙁 How do I now cancel?!

A. Good question. The basic process it to go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels at Amazon.com and then choose to cancel the channel.
