[SOLVED] FedEx cannot process your credit card shipping request with the information entered.
Recently while trying to purchase a label at fedex.com I received the following error:
FedEx cannot process your credit card shipping request with the information entered. Please verify all credit card data and resubmit your request.
After entering the info multiple times, I finally had to go back to the first step (ship from address) and make my ship from address the same as my billing address. Otherwise, even when providing a separate billing address on the payment step, it would always fail.
SUMMARY: as of 11/1 for Fedex to process payment they need your address (ship from) to match the address that you enter in your credit card payment section.

Having the same problem. But the addresses are the same and it still doesn’t work.
How can FEDEX calculate the correct charge if you put in the wrong ship from address?
Hey Robert, FedEx calculates shipping cost based on both the origin zip (ship from) and destination zip, plus package dimensions and weight. If the ship-from address is wrong it’ll affect the rate calculation, but not by as much as you might think since base rates between most US zip codes are fairly similar. The bigger issue is that if the ship-from address doesn’t match your billing address, the payment processing fails as described in the post.
You must have a FEDEX shipping account to create a label other than from yourself.
