PS the numbers in grey are just for internal testing purposes, basically the lower the number the more uncommon the name!
TODO: still needs to be enhanced with:
ability to limit to short names & long names
allow to narrow names to common or expand to uncommon (currently defaults to a wide list of names, including many uncommon ones
ability to require the same letter for first and last name
ability to pick a particular letter (A-Z) for the name to be
(X) fix Mc names like Mcdonald to be McDonald
add middle names
