VMWare Server not accessible via web interface?
I recently had an issue where VMWare Server 2’s web based administrative interface was no longer available 🙁
It turns out the issue was that one of the services required by VMWare Server 2 had stopped. Starting the service again solved the issue!
- VMWare Host Agent
- VMWare Authorization service
- VMWare DHCP service
- VMWare NAT Service
- VMWare Server Web Access
I had tried all sorts of things (Windows firewall adjustment, .hosts file editing, tomcat configuration etc.) and just a simple service start of the VMWare Host Agent service was all that required!
