When connecting Nexus 7 to Lenovo X220* laptop via USB:

• I get about 3-4MBs when writing to the Nexus 7.
•  The files being written were large video files, smaller file transfer (like music/mp3s files) copied at about 2-3MBs…
• I get closer to 7-8MBs when copying from the Nexus 7 to the laptop.

NOTE: The X220 was running Windows 7 in these tests.
