A few highlights of the day: Japanese pizza that Samantha made [see photo], getting my hair cut and finding out all the latest happenings around Winona, men’s league ball game (we lost, but not badly), listening to a nice booktape with Samantha in the car, late night movies!

The pizza was delicious! I wanted to thank you for posting the recipe link
. Our only addition was a bit of sauce (ranch dressing) on top to add more flavor. Samantha also suggested adding cheese to the batter. Overall it was very tasty, very healthy (even with the dressing) and I’m having the leftovers for lunch!
